Virgin has recently simplified their mobile phone plans, so there is just one simple “Topless” plan for customers who don’t want to worry about data limits.
Virgin $89 Topless
This plan includes unlimited standard calls and text and 4GB of data. Customers will also receive $89 of credit to use toward international calls and text. Voicemail is also included. Customers should note that calls to 1800 numbers are charged at 16.5c/30 secs plus 25c call connection. Excess data usage is charged at $0.2c/KB (that’s $200 a MB!)
The plan is on a 24-month contract, however there is a range of mobile phones to choose from, including the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S II.

Optus
Optus Timeless Extreme $99 Mobile Phone Plan
This plan offers unlimited standard talk and text, as well as a large 5GB of data, and unlimited access to Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. There is $100 of included value for calls and text to international numbers.
The plan is available on a 24-month contract, and customers can choose from a range of handsets, including the iPhone 4 or the HTC Incredible S.

$129 Freedom Connect Plan
This plan includes the unlimited standard calls, text and MessageBank, plus 3GB of data. Customers will receive a bonus $50 to use for voice, video, MMS and SMS to international numbers. The plan is on a 24-month contract, or if you prefer, you can BYO mobile handset, pay only $99 per month and go on a shorter 12-month contract.
